Payouts
The Payouts page shows where you are in Tipalti setup and how statement amounts move from setup-needed to owed to sent.
Where to Find It
- Open the Payouts page from your Releases area.
- This page combines your setup progress and revenue payout status.
Tipalti Setup Status
You will see a setup status badge and step progress:
- Not started: You have not started your Tipalti profile yet.
- In progress: You started setup but still need to complete required fields.
- Action required: Something needs attention before payouts can continue.
- Ready for payout / Active: Your payout profile is set and can receive payments.
If action is required, the page shows a reason and next action.
Payout Amount Buckets
The page separates payout amounts into clear buckets:
- Pending payment setup: Reports received while your Tipalti payout setup is not yet complete.
- Owed now: Statements that are unpaid after your setup is complete.
- Sent for payout: Statements paid and sent your verified bank account.
Payment History
The Payment History section lists paid statements with:
- paid date
- statement reference
- release
- amount
Use this section to confirm what has already been paid.
Release-Level Payout Notices
Some releases can include a payout notice directly in the release card/details area.
If you see this message:
“This release will not be automatically paid out. Please contact support@once.app to receive your payout for this release.”
that release requires manual payout handling through support.
Completing Tipalti Setup
If setup is available for your account:
- Open the payout form.
- Complete your tax and payment details.
- Submit the form and confirm in ONCE.
After setup syncs, your status updates automatically on the Payouts page.
