Email Preferences

ONCE lets you control which non-essential emails you receive.

You can manage these settings from My Account in the app, or by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of supported ONCE emails.

Where to find it

  1. Open My Account.
  2. In Quick Actions, choose Email Preferences.
  3. Toggle the categories you want on or off.
  4. Save your changes.

Email categories

App Alert emails

These cover important product activity like release status changes and other account-related alerts.

Admin Comms

These are emails sent from the ONCE Emailer admin tool, including follow-ups and targeted updates from the team.

Others

This category covers everything else that is non-essential, such as Patron Discord invite emails.

Supported ONCE emails include an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. That link opens the same email preferences page and lets you update your settings for the correct account, even if you are not currently signed in.

What stays on

Security, sign-in, password reset, and other essential compliance-related emails are not controlled by these toggles. Those messages may still be sent when needed.
