ONCE Insider

ONCE Insider is the membership for artists who release often: a subscription with a set of benefits on top of your regular ONCE account. It is optional and never required to distribute. Distribution stays credit-based for everyone.

Pricing

• $9.99/month or $99/year (annual is roughly two months free)
• Cancel anytime; your benefits run until the end of the paid period
• Grandfathering: if you joined the earlier Patron tier at $7.99/month, you keep that price forever. Your Insider page shows a Founding member note.

What’s included

• 5 credits every month: deposited when you join and each calendar month after that. They’re regular credits: they never expire and stack with purchased and referral credits.
• Royalty & Streaming Analytics: a dashboard at beta.once.app/insider/royalties with per-release earnings, store-by-store revenue breakdown, YouTube Music views over time, and a next-quarter payout forecast.
• Marketer agent: generate merch mockups and social images from your cover art at beta.once.app/protoagents/marketer.
• Unlimited OMG generations, in lossless audio: generate as many tracks with OMG as you want, made without audio compression before mastering. Non-members get one free generation per UTC day in high-quality compressed audio (failed generations don’t count against it). Distribution cost is the same for everyone: a flat 2 credits per AI track.
• 4K cover art: switch the AI cover art generator between Nano Banana 2 (1K) and Nano Banana Pro (4K).
• YouTube Official Artist Channel requests: submit new OAC requests, previously limited to approved distribution partners. (Content ID enrollment remains partner-only.)
• Priority lane: your releases jump the distribution review queue, and your ONCE Support support threads get priority handling.
• Power User API: higher rate limits on MCP/REST automation, for example PAT requests at 900/min vs the standard 300/min. Standard limits weren’t lowered, and connecting to MCP never requires a membership.
• Insider badge: a purple badge on your account and public profile.
• Insider role in Discord: unlocks Insider-only channels in the ONCE Discord (the server itself stays open to everyone).

Peak Mastering is temporarily disabled and is not currently part of Insider.

Joining

Go to beta.once.app/insider and pick monthly or annual. After you join, the same page becomes your Insider Benefits hub (also reachable from your account menu in the header: hover or tap your avatar). Your avatar picks up a subtle purple ring wherever it appears, so your membership shows at a glance.

How the monthly credits arrive

Your first 5 credits are deposited when your membership activates. After that, 5 more arrive each calendar month automatically, with no action needed, and a month is never deposited twice. They show up in your credit history like any other grant.

Connecting Discord

The Insider Discord role is granted only through the Connect Discord flow: use the button on the Insider page, or the connect link emailed to you after joining. It verifies your ONCE account (you sign in to ONCE, not with your Discord email, and any Discord account works, even one on a different email), adds you to the server if needed, and assigns the role. If your membership ends, the role is removed automatically.

Cancelling

On the Insider page, choose Manage subscription to open the Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel (or switch plans) anytime. Credits you already received are yours to keep.
